The Gollywhopper Games by Jody Feldman


Gil’s father has been falsely accused of embezzlement while working at the Golly Toy and Game Company. Gil grabs his chance to redeem his pride by getting the opportunity to compete in the Gollywhopper Games. Puzzle fans will enjoy the ride as Gil must solve puzzles with his sometimes, not so nice, team partners in this fast-paced adventure.

    This is one of my favorites so far. I'm surprised I liked it so much because this isn't one I would normally lean towards. I really liked how descriptive the author was during each of the challenges. I felt like I was there! This book reminds me of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It's a lot of fun!

    This was my favorite book i am going to vote for it. My fav part was when they were going down the slide. so i always think that i am the book so this was really fun for me

    I thought this was a pretty good book. I liked it because I could feel how much fun he had. and I don't like mysteries very much so I got annoyed because I didn't know who was guilty.

    Man, why can't this be real! I would've loved to have entered THAT contest! The description was so vivid it could've come out of the pages for all I'd known! It sounded so awesome! So, amazing! Not for one who thinks everything cool in books is real. If so, GET REAL!

    I thought that the golly whopper games was a very good book because it was fast past and was very discriptive. Over all I rate it a 4 star.

    I liked the Golly Whopper Games because there was a lot of action and different puzzles to figure out. I thought it was pretty fun!
